The Honda VFR800 is the 782 cc V4 sport-tourer with chain drive. The RC46-1 (1998–2001) is the non-VTEC VFR800FI; the RC46-2 (2002–2013) adds VTEC valve switching; the 2014–2021 VFR800F adds, among other changes, traction control, LED lighting and an adjustable seat. The VFR800X Crossrunner is a separate canonical crossover model and does not belong on this VFR800 page.
