User accounts
You can create an account using your email address or through a social login provider (Apple, Facebook, Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account information up to date.
Intellectual property
The MotorMonitor website, including its design, logos, and original content, is owned by MotorMonitor. Motorcycle listing data is sourced from third-party platforms and remains the property of those respective platforms. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute data from MotorMonitor without permission.
Limitation of liability
MotorMonitor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aggregate listing data from external sources and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to decisions made based on listing information displayed on our platform.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your saved listings, saved searches, and notification preferences will be permanently deleted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or a notification on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Trademarks and logos
All brand names and logos shown on MotorMonitor are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the brand or model in question. Displaying a logo does not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by the trademark holder.
