GasGas is a Spanish motorcycle brand founded in 1985 in Salt, Catalonia. It built its reputation on trial and enduro motorcycles and grew into a specialist in off-road competition machinery. After several ownership changes, GasGas has been part of the Pierer Mobility Group (KTM/Husqvarna) since 2019. Current models are closely related to KTM and Husqvarna and include enduro (EC series), motocross (MC series), trial (TXT series) and street models such as the SM 700.
In the Dutch used-motorcycle market GasGas machines are relatively uncommon and sold primarily through specialist off-road dealers. The brand attracts experienced off-road riders and motorsport enthusiasts looking for a competitive platform with solid factory backing. Thanks to the technical overlap with KTM, parts availability and service knowledge are widespread through the KTM dealer network, adding practical appeal for used-market buyers.
