800MT – algemene referentie
GenerationThis reference row preserves generic 800MT adverts without reliable trim or market information. The name covers different international output and equipment levels; without an explicit Touring source, no exact trim is forced.

800MT Touring EU (2021–heden)
EditionThe European 800MT Touring is the 67kW/75Nm version with 19/17-inch cross-spoke wheels and 231 kg curb weight without panniers. Assign this specification only when ‘Touring’ is explicit in the source; Explore, Sport and MT-X do not belong in this row.
About the Cfmoto 800 MT
The CFMOTO 800MT is the 799cc twin-cylinder tour-adventure from the first 800MT family. The name is used both generically and for the Touring version in adverts. That difference matters: the European 800MT Touring produces 67 kW and 75 Nm, with wire wheels, an 825 mm seat, 19-litre tank and 231 kg curb weight without panniers. International 800MT specifications can quote 70 kW and 77 Nm; that market variant must not be applied to a Dutch Touring advert without evidence.
The Touring is built for tarmac, luggage and long days: upright ergonomics, 19/17-inch wheels, adjustable KYB suspension and generous factory equipment. It is not an 800MT Explore, Sport or MT-X; those have their own canonical model pages and source values. On a used example, actual trim, service history, dashboard and electronic-throttle operation, and pannier-rack condition matter more than a generic ‘800MT’ title. Any 35 kW registration variant must be proven through vehicle documents; the regular Touring is not directly A2 compliant.

What to check before buying
- Use the VIN to confirm all firmware, service and recall campaigns, and personally test TFT, riding modes, cruise control and quickshifter.
- Inspect pannier racks, crash bars, windscreen and wire wheels for play, damage or corrosion; accessories often reveal the real usage history.
- Check forks, shock and head bearings for leaks or play, especially on a motorcycle used with passenger and luggage.
- Test clutch, low-speed throttle response and any riding modes on a warm ride; faults should be diagnosed before purchase.
- Check chain, sprockets, tyres and pads for even wear and ask for evidence of first and periodic services.
