GTV 310
GenerationThe GTV 310 is the current retro variant with fender headlamp, low cockpit and the new 310 cc HPE engine. It shares engine and safety technology with the GTS 310, while riding position, lamp placement and solo styling are its clear identifiers.
About the Vespa GTV 310
The Vespa GTV 310 replaced the GTV 300 in 2025 as the retro-styled flagship of the Granturismo line. Piaggio fitted the new 310 cc HPE liquid-cooled four-stroke single, rated at 24 hp and 26 Nm, into the familiar pressed-steel monocoque. The GTV signature cues remain: a fender-mounted headlight, an exposed handlebar yoke and a one-piece sport saddle. ABS and traction control are standard, alongside Vespa MIA connectivity through a 5-inch TFT cluster.
The GTV 310 caters to riders who want modern GTS engineering paired with the styling of the 1950s GS. The riding position is sportier than the standard GTS thanks to the lower handlebar, at the cost of under-seat luggage volume. With a top speed near 125 km/h and an 8.5-litre tank it copes comfortably with motorway commutes and weekend rides. There is virtually no direct competition in the retro maxi-scooter niche; only Vespa itself offers equivalent styling at this displacement.

What to check before buying
- Inspect the wiring around the exposed handlebar yoke for chafing; retro styling leaves looms unprotected.
- Check the chromed headlamp shell and front fender for corrosion; pitting appears quickly without care.
- Ask for the service booklet and proof of the first service; the 310 HPE is still young and warranty cover matters.
- Actively test ABS and traction control operation; the front wheel speed sensor harness is prone to oxidation.
- Verify the MIA system and TFT dashboard are up to date on the latest Piaggio software at the dealer.
