The CFMoto 700 MT Adventure is a middleweight travel enduro launched in 2024 as the successor to the 650 MT. At its heart is a CFMoto-developed liquid-cooled 693 cc parallel twin with a 270-degree crank, producing roughly 55 kW (75 hp) and 68 Nm. Standard kit includes two ride modes, switchable ABS, traction control, a 7-inch TFT display, heated grips and seat on higher trims, and cruise control. Suspension is by KYB and brakes are J.Juan.
The 700 MT Adventure targets riders looking for a complete touring enduro without paying Yamaha Tracer 7 or Honda NC750X money. At roughly 215 kg wet, with a 19-inch front and a seat near 820 mm, it suits long days on tarmac and light gravel. The riding position is upright and the tank offers comfortable range. Rivals include the Yamaha Tracer 7, Honda NC750X and used KTM 790 Adventure. The 700 MT is known for delivering a lot of kit for the money.

Check the TFT firmware history; early units have reported glitches or reboot loops.
Inspect bolts, screws and brake calipers for corrosion after a Dutch winter; finish quality is inconsistent.
Ask for dealer history and dealer choice; CFMoto parts lead times can be longer than Japanese or European brands.
Test throttle response in rain mode for snatchiness; early Euro 5 maps benefit from a software update.
Check clutch action at higher mileage; the OEM clutch can feel notchy under heavy use.
