About the Beta Euro
The Beta Euro is an Italian off-road and trail motorcycle from Beta Motor's early-2000s lineup. Beta built the Euro series as an entry-level model for riders starting out in off-road riding on public roads. It features a compact two-stroke or four-stroke single-cylinder engine in a light steel frame, typical of the Italian approach to lightweight enduro machines.
The Beta Euro targets younger riders and beginners looking for a light, agile off-road motorcycle for mixed use. Its simple construction makes it relatively straightforward to maintain. Rivals include comparable entry-level models from Fantic, Sherco, and Gas Gas from the same era. Due to limited production volumes and age, parts availability has become constrained.

What to check before buying
- Ask about original parts availability; Beta Euro-specific parts are increasingly hard to find due to limited production numbers.
- Check piston and cylinder condition on two-stroke versions; frequent rebuilds are normal with motocross use.
- Inspect the frame for cracks and distortion around the steering head and engine mounting points.
- Assess the wiring condition, particularly on bikes that have been stored outdoors.
