About the Benelli TRK 902 Xplorer
The Benelli TRK 902 Xplorer is Benelli's largest adventure motorcycle and was unveiled at EICMA in late 2024 as the next step in the successful TRK line. It uses a liquid-cooled 904 cc parallel twin that, according to Dutch RDW registrations, produces around 69 kW (93 hp). At roughly 252 kg ready to ride it is a full-size touring machine, with a tall screen, crash bars and an upright riding position.
The TRK 902 Xplorer is aimed at riders who cover long distances with luggage or a passenger and do not mind the occasional gravel road. Power is ample for motorways and mountain passes, but the bike is large and heavy, which can put off beginners and shorter riders. It mainly competes on price with the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE, the Honda XL750 Transalp and the CFMOTO 800MT, and offers a lot of equipment for its price class.
