The Aprilia RSV Mille is Aprilia's first large-displacement sport motorcycle, built from 1998 through 2003. It is powered by a 998cc 60-degree V-twin from Rotax producing 128 hp at launch. Aprilia developed the RSV Mille to compete in World Superbike against the Ducati 996 and Suzuki TL1000R. Alongside the base Mille, an R-version with Ohlins suspension and Brembo brakes was offered, plus the limited SP homologation special.
