The KTM 250 SX-F is a 250-class motocrosser, refined annually since 2005 as the four-stroke counterpart to the two-stroke 250 SX. It uses a high-revving 250 cc DOHC single with titanium valves, dry-sump lubrication and electric start (standard from 2017). Aluminium followers, a five-speed Pankl gearbox and a lightweight steel trellis frame keep ready-to-ride weight around 100 kg. WP XACT forks (from 2017) and a linkage rear shock deliver the trademark MX absorption that KTM updates each year based on factory team feedback.
