The Honda X4 is a Japanese 'powered custom' built from 1997 to 2003: low, long and driven by a 1,284 cc liquid-cooled inline-four. It is not a tourer with a 21-litre tank, but a heavy muscle cruiser with a 15-litre tank, five-speed gearbox and exceptionally low seat. From 2000 the lowered, emissions-updated version was called X4 Type LD.
