NC700D Integra (2012–2013)

About the Honda Integra
The Honda Integra is a crossover between a maxi-scooter and a motorcycle, produced from 2012 to 2020. It uses the low-revving, economical parallel twin from Honda's NC family: initially 670 cc and, from 2014, 745 cc. A six-speed DCT transmission, 17-inch wheels and a conventional motorcycle chassis distinguish it from scooters using a continuously variable transmission. Bodywork and footboards provide everyday protection, while chain drive and the engine between the rider's knees create a more direct feel.
It suits commuters and touring riders who want automatic shifting without giving up a motorcycle's stable chassis. It is easy in busy traffic, economical and comfortable on secondary roads, although under-seat storage is smaller than on many conventional maxi-scooters. The 750 generation provides stronger torque and more refined DCT software than the 700. Alternatives include the Yamaha TMAX, Honda Forza 750 and Kymco AK 550. For A2 use, always verify the registered output and any fitted restriction.

What to check before buying
- Test the DCT from cold and fully warm in D, S and manual modes; engagement should be predictable and a flashing gear indicator requires diagnosis.
- Verify documented engine-oil and DCT-filter servicing because contaminated oil affects shift quality and service life.
- Inspect the chain, sprockets and rear cush drive; scooter-like operation sometimes leads owners to overlook normal chain maintenance.
- Check fairing panels, footboards and mounting tabs for cracks or concealed drop damage, particularly around the lower edges.
- Inspect fork seals, steering-head bearings and rear suspension for leakage or play on examples with high commuting mileage.
