About the Hercules Prima
Hercules Prima is a broad family of 50cc Mofa and Mokick models, not one technical version. Capacity, manual or automatic gearbox, restriction, year and parts vary by Prima number and suffix. This active family profile is deliberately an identification aid: read type plate, engine code and registration before choosing specifications or parts.
For a buyer, the exact version matters more than the tank name. Check engine, carburettor, seals, clutch, chain, brakes and wiring. Many Primas are tuned or assembled from parts. Choose a complete, legal machine with clear documents over a good-looking example with an unknown engine build.

What to check before buying
- Verify type plate, frame number, engine code and exact Prima number/suffix; the family name alone is not safe for parts.
- Check two-stroke, carburettor, seals and premix for starting, leaks and hot running.
- Test clutch or automatic, chain, sprockets and drive for slip and incorrect gearing.
- Check ignition, charging, lights and loom for corrosion and incorrect conversion.
- Inspect frame, fork, brakes, wheels and tank for corrosion, play and crash damage.
