About the Energica Experia
The Energica Experia is a fully electric adventure-tourer from Italian brand Energica, introduced in 2022. The Experia is Energica's first electric touring motorcycle, combining a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a 22.5 kWh battery offering approximately 420 km of highway range. DC fast-charging (CCS Combo 2) up to 22 kW is standard, so thirty minutes charging adds meaningful range.
The Experia targets experienced touring riders ready to transition to electric without range compromises. The riding position is relaxed and adventure-oriented; the ride weight requires a brief adjustment period. Competes with the Zero DS/DSR Black Forest, Harley-Davidson LiveWire S2 Del Mar, and BMW CE 02 in the premium electric segment.

What to check before buying
- Check battery state of health and charging history; capacity degradation depends on the number of fast-charge cycles and storage conditions.
- Verify that battery warranty documentation is present; Energica offers warranty but transferability to a second owner should be confirmed.
- Check the CCS Combo 2 charging port for damage; wear on the connector leads to charging problems.
- Be aware of the 260 kg kerb weight: manoeuvring at low speed requires familiarisation, especially in tight spaces.
