Intruder C 800

The Suzuki Intruder C800 is the European name for Suzuki's liquid-cooled 805 cc cruiser, sold as the Boulevard C50 in North America. Introduced from 2005, it uses a fuel-injected 45-degree V-twin, shaft final drive and relaxed five-speed gearbox. The C800, C800B and Classic/LC versions share that powertrain; their differences are principally finish, fenders, wheels and touring equipment rather than a separate engine family. Those names are therefore not treated as technical generations here.

It is an approachable cruiser for relaxed country roads, commuting and luggage-equipped weekends. Its low riding position and predictable torque make it easier to manage than its running weight suggests, although it remains a broad, low motorcycle that deserves care at walking pace. On a used example, the condition of the shaft drive, cooling system, tyres and any aftermarket exhaust matters more than a colour or accessory package.
