MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800

The MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800 is an Italian sport tourer built around the 798cc triple. The first models arrived in 2014 with 110 hp, combining an upright position, long-travel suspension and a 21.5-litre tank with the compact handling of MV’s three-cylinder platform. From the Euro 5 generation peak output remained 110 hp, but torque rose to 84 Nm and electronics and equipment changed materially. An advert simply labelled ‘Turismo Veloce 800’ is therefore not enough to establish weight, clutch system or luggage equipment.

The R is the regular touring version; the Lusso SCS adds luxury touring equipment and the Rekluse Smart Clutch System automatic-clutch function. That SCS designation must be explicit in a source or title before it is assigned to a motorcycle. For a used example, documented maintenance, a fault-free dashboard, clutch operation and pannier mounting condition matter more than a long accessory list. It suits a rider seeking distinctive triple-cylinder character and agile touring ergonomics, not someone expecting a low-maintenance mile eater.
