Moto Morini

Moto Morini is an Italian motorcycle brand founded in 1937 in Bologna by Alfonso Morini. The brand earned a strong reputation in the postwar decades in the 125cc class and road racing. After a difficult period, Moto Morini was relaunched in 2018 by the Italian-based Zhongshen Group and has since introduced a new range. Current models include the Corsaro 750 (naked), the 3½ Sport (mid-class naked), the X-Cape 650 (adventure), and the Milano 1200 (tourer). Motorcycles are produced in Trivolzio (Pavia) and are distinguished by expressive Italian design.

In the Netherlands, Moto Morini is a rare sight on the road, the brand has limited presence through specialists and importers. The typical Dutch buyer is a connoisseur who deliberately chooses Italian individuality over established brands. Maintenance and parts are available but may require direct contact with the importer. The used market supply is small. Moto Morini competes with the Ducati Monster and Triumph Street Triple in the expressive naked bike segment.
