GenerationComfort-focused 125cc GT scooter with broad bodywork, storage and automatic CVT. Practical for commuting and longer rides; CVT, cooling and bodywork condition determine used-bike quality.
About the Honda FES 125
The Honda FES 125 Pantheon is a comfortable 125cc GT scooter from the late 1990s and early 2000s. It offers more wind protection, storage and stability than a small city scooter, making it suitable for commuting and longer secondary-road rides. The Pantheon was a grown-up 125 in its day, with broader bodywork and a calmer ride than Honda's compact scooters.
A used FES 125 primarily needs attention to CVT servicing and bodywork condition. Check belt, rollers, clutch and cooling system, as well as every latch and lamp. Many examples have seen intensive daily use; documented servicing and a dry, complete storage compartment are therefore more valuable than low mileage alone.

What to check before buying
- Check CVT belt, rollers and clutch servicing and test for smooth take-off.
- Check coolant, radiator, hoses and fan for leaks or poor operation.
- Inspect body panels, mountings, seat and storage compartment for cracks, water ingress and missing parts.
- Test battery, starter, lights and indicators on a scooter often stored outside.
- Check tyres, brakes, fork and wheel bearings for commuting wear.
