About the Hercules Hurricane
Hercules Hurricane is a family designation used on several Adly/Hercules quads, from smaller 280/320 machines to larger 500 variants. The name without displacement, type plate or suffix is therefore not a safe technical identity. This profile is intended to prevent adverts being automatically tied to one engine, year or version.
The individual vehicle must lead a purchase. Verify type plate, frame number, engine code, drivetrain and homologation before ordering parts. Then inspect engine, CVT or gearbox, drive shafts, brakes, suspension and chassis for the wear expected of a quad. A complete, correct machine with clear paperwork matters more than an incomplete name or a low odometer.

What to check before buying
- Verify type plate, frame number, displacement and full Hurricane suffix; without these the name is not safe for parts matching.
- Check engine, cooling, fuel system and starting for leaks, overheating and stable hot running.
- Test CVT or gearbox, clutch, reverse and drive shafts under load for slip, noise and boot leaks.
- Inspect control arms, ball joints, steering, brakes, tyres and frame for play, cracks and off-road or crash damage.
- Check lights, exhaust, tow bar and registration/homologation equipment for a complete legal version.
