Years
2017 - 2019
The 2017–2019 Street Triple S 765 is the more accessible 765 cc triple naked with less power and simpler equipment than the R and RS. Check the exact S model, chain set, forks and brakes, plus software and service history; an advert titled only 'Street Triple' is not sufficient.
The Triumph Street Triple S is the entry-level variant of the acclaimed Street Triple range. Powered by a three-cylinder 765cc inline-three, the S produces 113 hp (83 kW), slightly less than the R and RS variants but sharing the same defining character. The platform was thoroughly updated in 2017 with new riding modes and traction control. Weighing just 175 kg, the Street Triple S feels immediately nimble and alive.
The Street Triple S targets riders who want the core naked-sport experience without the premium of top-tier variants. It is not a beginner's bike, the power and character demand experience, but as an entry point into the Triumph world it is excellent. Ergonomics balance a sporty stance with everyday usability, making it at home on winding B-roads as well as motorways. Key rivals include the Yamaha MT-09 and Kawasaki Z900.
A used Triumph Street Triple S costs €6,950 on average. Most cost €6,300 to €8,652. This is based on 13 motorcycles for sale now.
