Mutt Motorcycles

Mutt Motorcycles is a British brand founded in 2014 in Sheffield. The company specialises in retro-inspired café racers, scramblers and street trackers in the small to mid-range displacement segment (125cc to 500cc). Models such as the Mongrel, Akita, Mastiff and Razorback combine a classic 1960s silhouette with modern reliability and accessible pricing. The engines are largely based on Chinese units (Loncin, Zongshen) mounted in Mutt's own designed frames.

In the Netherlands, Mutt is a niche player that mainly attracts riders who want a retro look without the price tag of Triumph or Royal Enfield. The models are popular as first bikes and for urban riding. Maintenance is affordable, though imported parts can sometimes take time to arrive. On the used market, Mutt bikes are still relatively rare but are becoming more visible through smaller specialist dealers.
