The 338cc A7 Avenger production series. Air-cooled parallel twin with rotary inlet valves, kickstarting and five gears; verify individual market and road/scrambler equipment separately.
The Kawasaki A7 Avenger is the larger 350cc two-stroke twin from the same early Kawasaki family as the A1 Samurai. Sold from 1967 through 1971, it uses an air-cooled 338cc parallel twin with rotary inlet valves, kickstarting and five gears. The Avenger is not an A1 with different badges: displacement, carburettor size and engine parts differ. On a classic example, correct oiling, crankshaft and cylinder condition, and the presence of suitable original parts matter more than a quick cosmetic restoration.
