TNT 899S
GenerationThe premium TNT 899S with fully adjustable 50 mm Marzocchi fork and more adjustable Sachs shock. A different trim from the standard 899, but not a 1130.
About the Benelli TNT 899S
The Benelli TNT 899S is the higher-specification version of the 899 triple, supplied from 2008 to 2011. It retains the liquid-cooled 899 cc triple with 88 kW and 88 Nm, but differs from the standard 899 through a fully adjustable 50 mm Marzocchi fork, more adjustable Sachs rear shock and its own yellow/orange finish.
The 899S is not a TNT 1130, Titanium or Sport: those names belong to different 1130 cc versions. Buy on type designation, VIN and the suspension and brakes actually fitted, rather than colour or loose bodywork. A maintained 899S is a characterful fast naked, but injection, cooling, electrics and adjustable chassis condition all deserve attention.

What to check before buying
- Check cold start, idle and fault warnings; have injection and diagnostics read for irregular running.
- Inspect radiator, hoses, fan and water pump for leaks, and test cooling when hot.
- Check full adjustment and condition of the 50 mm Marzocchi fork and Sachs shock for leaks, seizure and even damping.
- Test clutch, six-speed gearbox, chain and charging voltage under load and after a hot restart.
- Verify 899S from VIN, paperwork, yellow/orange finish and fully adjustable suspension; do not confuse it with a standard 899 or 1130.
