BN 600i / TNT 600i (2012-2016)
GenerationThe BN 600i/TNT 600i is the 600 cc inline-four naked with 60 kW and six gears. Check the exact type designation and ABS equipment; do not apply this row to BN 600 R, GT or later 600 variants without VIN confirmation.
About the Benelli BN 600 I
The Benelli BN 600i is an inline-four naked with a liquid-cooled 600 cc engine, four throttle bodies and a six-speed gearbox. At 60 kW and 52 Nm, it is fundamentally different from the single- and twin-cylinder BN models. Its power lives high in the rev range and it is often called the TNT 600i; check the type plate so it is not confused with the BN 600 R, GT or later variants.
Buy a BN 600i on maintenance rather than exhaust sound or mileage alone. Ask for evidence of oil and coolant service, valve checks and brake and chain maintenance. Test it fully warm for smooth throttle response, fan operation and charging voltage. On imports, also confirm ABS equipment, homologation and parts availability for the specific model year.

What to check before buying
- Ask for documented oil, coolant and valve service, then test cold start, hot running and cooling-fan engagement.
- Check the chain set, clutch and six-speed gearbox for smooth operation and inspect rear-wheel alignment.
- Measure charging voltage and inspect battery, earth connections and plugs, especially on bikes with accessories or an aftermarket exhaust.
- Inspect front brakes, discs, fork legs and steering head carefully; it is a relatively heavy naked with substantial brake and consumable loads.
- Verify BN 600i/TNT 600i identity, ABS and model year by VIN and type plate before pairing parts or software.
